For those who are looking for a highly capable and professional dentist, Dr.
Courtney and his staff have a great sense of humor along with the most up to
date technology making us as new patience extremely comfortable and very
welcomed. We've never had a more thorough exam and cleaning by staff that
are highly professional and competent in their fields of expertise.

Our earlier Dentist Dr. Shannon who was within the same complex on Wilbur
and Nordhoff Street retired and sold his business. In looking for a new

I’ve reviewed many products in the past but never thought I’d be reviewing my dentist. However, the experience I had with Dr. Courtney deserves comment. My first encounter was just for an initial examination. I’ve been going to dentists for my entire 60+ years and have never received such a detailed exam. The state of the art equipment he has is amazing, producing digital images of every tooth and more. My second visit was where the “magic” really began. I needed a crown and have had a few over the years so I knew what to expect, or so I thought. Before the numbing shots they applied a numbing liquid to minimize the pain of the shot, never had a dentist do that and it worked great. The shot was much more tolerable. The drilling also much less of an annoyance than usual. Then he puts another device in my mouth and takes 3D renderings of the tooth to be crowned. Why, because he produces the crown in his office while you wait! No more putty-like goop applied to your teeth to make a mold and wait days or weeks with a temporary crown while the final one is made. I’m watching this 3D-printer-like machine cut and shape the crown before my eyes. While waiting, I receive my cleaning from the hygienist. The crown finishes and it fits perfectly. I leave the facility with a completed crown that feels as though it’s been in my mouth for years. A phenomenal experience at a dental office, who would have thought!

I'm normally not a person who enjoys going to the Dentist, but it all changed
when I got pinhole surgery. Dr. Courtney is not only extremely professional, but I feel like a student,
leaned so much about my teeth and how to take care of them. I'm recommending
him to family members.

Dr Courtney is a dental genius! I've been his patient since around 2001. Over 5 years ago I moved to Seattle and haven't been able to find a dentist I trust here. Today I flew to L.A. round trip in one day just to see him to place crown on my implant. You will NEVER find a better dentist who is excellently skilled, super fun and personable and loves taking care of teeth. To qualify this - since 2001 - I have had routine care, cleaning, fillings, crowns, gum line trimming and 2 front top teeth veneers done by him. On the flight home tonight I referred 2 new people to him. Stop looking! Dr. Martin Courtney is the "legit" dentist you have been looking for. Make an appointment and find out for yourself! And P.S. the whole staff is wonderful! Especially Donna at the front desk.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Courtney and I was there to discuss having a bridge. Dr. .Courtney was very patient and listened attentively to
my thoughts and concerns about previous dental work that brought me to him. He was extremely conscientious and thorough to determine if, in fact, I could have a bridge. He never rushed me through the process and by the end of my visit I knew I made the right decision to leave my previous dentist and become a permanent patient. The office staff is beyond amazing, especially Donna who is probably the most organized and efficient person I have ever met.

Your new Dental Hygienist is the greatest. She is very knowledgeable and well informed. I am very pleased with the dental cleaning I received from her. She is a 100% keeper!

So thorough & professional! The hygienist was gentle during the cleaning & concerned about my comfort, even double checked her work. Much better than the previous dental visits I've had. I feel very confident that my future visits with this dentist for some dental work will be equally as pleasing. The staff was super friendly & put up with us bringing our two small children into the office. Overall this was a great experience & I'd recommend highly!
